What is Klaviyo?

The Corso X Klaviyo Integration

Corso’s integration with Klaviyo enables brands to automatically sync post-purchase event data, like returns and product protection claims, into their Klaviyo account. This allows brands to manage their customer communications entirely within Klaviyo, using custom email and SMS flows that align with their brand voice.

When a customer submits a return or registration through Corso, that event data is automatically sent to Klaviyo and linked to the customers profile via their email address. These events appear as custom metrics in Klaviyo, making them easy to incorporate into flows, segments, or analytics dashboards.

How to Enable the Integration:

- In the Corso Admin, go to Integrations and toggle on the Klaviyo Integration.

- Approve the Corso App within your Klaviyo account (you’ll be prompted to sign in if needed).

Once connected, Corso event data will flow into Klaviyo automatically, streamlining and customizing your post-purchase communications.

What This Means for Brands
