Cancel a Claim in Merchant Admin
Merchants can cancel a claim to clear it from their queue and mark it completed, while customers can still file again within the allotted window.
| Logan CottleMerchants can cancel a claim in order to clear it out of the list of claims they need to resolve (i.e. customer doesn't return the item, no response from customer, etc). Canceling the claim marks it as completed, however a customer can create another claim for that order as long as they are within the allotted window.

Merchants can update a customer's name, address, phone number, and email directly in the claim after it has already been submitted.
| Logan CottleIf the customer needs to update their information after a claim is already submitted, the merchant can do that directly in the claim. They can update customer name, address, phone number and email.

Download Shipping Label or Packing Slip
Merchants can download a customer's shipping label or packing slip directly from the claim in the merchant admin whenever they need it.

Corso users can add their own comments to the claim timeline for internal notes and team communication, helping manage claims more effectively.
