    Offer store credit as a shipping issue resolution

    Corso Concierge can now offer store credit on shipping protection claims, a useful resolution when items are out of stock or a customer wants a swap.

    Our Corso Concierge can now offer store credit for shipping protection claims. This is very useful for positive resolutions when items are out of stock or if the customer would like a replacement product.

  • Shipping & Delivery

    Shipping Claims can now be created in the Corso Admin

    Merchants can now create shipping claims directly in the Corso Admin by looking up an order, alongside returns and warranty claims.

    Shipping Claims can now be manually created by merchants directly in the Corso Admin, providing merchants ultimate control over all claims and the customer experience. Simply look up an order with an Order # and Customer Email and choose to get started on either a Return, Warranty or Shipping Claims.

    Order Gateway as a Condition

    Use the order's payment gateway, such as PayPal or Amazon Payments, as a condition in automation rules to tailor returns and warranty flows.

    Order Gateway can now be leveraged as a condition for select automation rules. This gives merchants flexibility to ask tailor their returns or warranties flow based on the gateway the customer used to place the order (i.e. Paypal, Amazon Payments, etc).

    New Icons In The Corso Admin Settings

    The Corso Admin settings navigation now uses new, more distinctive icons to make finding each settings section quicker and clearer.

    At Corso, there's few things we hate more than a boring icon. We spiced up the settings navigation with icons that are a little more entertaining. You tell us, is the automations icon a wizard hat or a piece of pizza? It's a big debate around here.

    New Return Rate Dashboard

    The Return Rate dashboard calculates completed returns by order date range and shows return rates for each product and product variant.

    New Return Rate analytics dashboard is now available. Simply pick a range based on order date to calculate how many returns have been completed on those orders. Get the return rate for each product and also each product variant.

    Corso Admin Settings Enhancement

    The Corso Admin now shows only settings for the features you have enabled across shipping, returns, exchanges, and warranties to reduce clutter.

    The Corso Admin allows merchants to manage Shipping & Delivery, Returns & Exchanges and Warranties all in one place. However, the beautiful thing about Corso is that you can pick and choose the functionality you want to use. With these enhancements brands will see the settings in the app relevant to the functionality they have turned on, eliminating confusion and simplifying the merchant's admin experience.

    Use Status Customer as an Automation Condition

    Merchants using Status can set Status Account Customer as a condition in automation rules to tailor returns and warranty experiences for those customers.

    For merchants who use Status, you can now use Status Account Customer as a condition when building out your automations rules. This allows brands to provide an elevated experience to any customers using Status, all powered by powerful Corso Automations.
