    Claim Tag Management

    A new Claim Tags settings page lets you search, add, and delete claim tags in the Corso Admin, removing deleted tags from any claims they were applied to.

    There's now a Claim Tags settings page that allows users to remove tags from the Corso Admin. On this page you can search from all tags and delete them, or add new tags. Deleting tags removes them from any claims they were added to. This helps users in cases where a tag no longer is needed or if there were duplicates or errors when creating the tag.

    Return Products Dashboard Enhancements

    The Return Products dashboard now lets you view data by claim created or finalized date and apply filters to see exactly the return data you need.

    We've put some serious work into the Return Products dashboard, letting you slice and dice data every which way. With the 2 tabs across the top, choose whether you want to look at the data by claim created date or claim finalized date. Then use the filters at the left to choose exactly what you need to see.

    The Order Eligibility Lookup tool shows return and warranty eligibility for a specific order, including which automation rules were applied.

Introducing a rad little lookup tool that let's you know all the eligibility details along with which automation rules are being applied. After clicking on "Order Lookup" and looking up an order, click the "View Eligibility" button and breathe a breath of fresh air. No more wondering what happened. Just another way we are putting more power in your hands.

    Quick Ship

    Quick Ship creates a lowest-priced return label to any chosen return location in one click, useful for warranty inspections and admin-created claims.

    You can now Quick Ship! Choose any return location as your quick ship destination and create a lowest priced return label with one click. This is especially useful for warranty programs when you need the customer to return the product for inspection. Or if your team is creating return claims in the admin for customers. Once the claim is created, Quick Ship it!
