The new Flow View gives you visibility into when each rule runs across the customer journey with drag-and-drop prioritization, improved filtering, and simple rule creation. With these changes it’s faster and clearer than ever to build, edit, and manage your rules. Switch between Flow View, List View, and leverage Templates depending on your workflow.

    More Flexible Editing And Saving Of Claim Resolutions

    Save in-progress claim resolutions for returns and warranties, and convert any request to a refund, gift card, exchange, or replacement from the Corso admin.

    MAJOR ENHANCEMENT - You now have greater flexibility in the Corso admin for claim resolutions for both returns and warranties. Save the progress of an updated claim resolution to be finalized at a future date. You also have more flexibility in the admin to modify any claim request to a refund, gift card, exchange, or replacement order. This gives you ultimate control to resolve claims and make the customer whole.
