| Logan CottleCorso has introduced a new Claim ledger section on every return and exchange claim, giving brands clear insight into how much revenue they keep and how much new revenue they generate. Retained Revenue captures the value saved from the original order, while New Revenue reflects any additional dollars collected when customers shop during the return flow. An improved ledger view now surfaces all credits, deductions, and payments in one place, making it easier to track how each claim contributes to total program value. This helps brands understand the full financial impact of ShopNow and advanced exchanges with complete transparency.
